Returns Policy
Sorry, but we don’t offer returns unless a mistake was made on our end (we’re human too). If you receive a product that is not as ordered and provide clear photos for verification, we will send a free replacement—no need to return the item! Our policy is valid for 30 days of receipt.
How to Report a Problem with your Order:
Once you receive your item there will be an email waiting for you to rate your purchase or to let us know if there is a problem. (Please check your Junk and Spam folders).
If there is a problem with the product please click the link in the email that was sent to you and upload images of the product clearly showing the design, clearly showing the issue and the shipping label. We will respond within 24 hours to make this right!
Damaged/Printing Error/Defective:
If the issue is on our end, such as a flawed product, poor print quality, or a significant difference from what was shown on the order screen, we will provide a free replacement. In addition, we will also send a 25% discount code on your next order for the inconvenience.
Shipping Policy
The delivery time for your order consists of two parts: processing time and shipping time. After placing your order, it takes 2 to 5 working days to create your product. This period includes printing, quality checks, and packaging. Once these steps are completed, your order will be shipped.
Tracking Your Order:
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped. Please monitor your email for this information.
Shipping Costs:
The shipping cost will be calculated on the checkout page immediately after you enter the shipping address.
Multiple Items in One Order:
If you order multiple products, they may be shipped separately. Do not be concerned if one item arrives before the others; all items will reach you shortly.
Where Do You Ship From?
All products are printed and shipped from our printing facilities located in various states across the US, depending on your location. We’re sorry, but we don’t ship Internationally at this time.
Shipping Carriers:
We utilize USPS, UPS, and FedEx for U.S. orders to ensure safe and timely delivery.
Do you ship to APO/FPO/DPO Addresses?
Yes, we can ship to PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses, with the exception of canvas prints.
Incorrect Shipping Address:
Orders are processed quickly. Please contact us within 6 hours to update the shipping address at sharemerchunlimited@gmail.com.
If your order has already shipped, we recommend the following steps:
· Contact your local post office: Provide them with the tracking number to update the address or hold the package for pickup.
· Retrieve the package: If you have access to the delivery address or know someone there, arrange to collect the package.
· Reception desk: If the delivery address has a reception desk (such as in an apartment complex or business), request them to hold the package for you.
Please note: We cannot issue refunds or replacement orders if an incorrect address was provided.
We are Not Responsible for returns due to the following reasons:
· Incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer
· Invalid address format
· Missing apartment, suite, or unit number
· Moved without updating the address
· Unsuccessful delivery attempts due to the recipient being unavailable
· Refusal to accept the package
· Not collecting the package from the post office within the specified time
· Temporary or seasonal address without proper forwarding setup
Lost in Transit / Delivered but Not Received
We understand your concerns when shopping online. We track every order and provide regular updates via mail. If you do not receive your order after 30 days you will receive a 100% refund without additional questions.
Please note: We are not responsible for orders marked as “Delivered” by the carrier. Once the carrier marks the package as delivered, it means the package has been successfully handed over to the recipient’s address.
At this point, the responsibility for the package shifts to the recipient. If you have not received your package, please check with your local post office, carrier, or neighbors, and ensure the delivery address was correct.
What if an item goes unclaimed?
Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to the POD facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment (if and as applicable).
